How Tracking Works
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey to you.
No Tracking Email Yet?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping, so it may simply be on its way. If it's been longer than that, contact us at hello@theclearscent.com and we'll look into it right away.
Tracking Not Updating?
This can happen, especially with international shipments passing through customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
